2 days of training to discover the history of Japanese saké, its ingredients, its production methods but also the saké pairing with food and service of this beverage.
This training is an official class of the SSA to obtain the Saké Sommelier title if you manage to pass the exam at the end of the two days. A diploma and an official badge will be given afterwards. You will be able to participate as jury to the famous International Saké Challenge which is every year in London. You can also introduce yourself to the competition of the Best Saké Sommelier of the Year in London too.
This training is for every body : sommeliers, oenologists, food & beverage professionals but also Japan lovers and private customers...
The training will be held at IBSM Wine School in Bordeaux in english on the 18th and 19th of June 2019.
